Hello! I am Ms. Kaori, the School Manager of Global Field Kids. I was born and raised abroad, spending my early childhood years in an English-speaking environment. Due to my family's work, I have traveled to over 12 countries and had the opportunity to visit various countries as an adult. Through these experiences, I have found joy in teaching English to children, using my English skills, and I have been pursuing a career as an English teacher for the past 18 years. Starting in 2024, I will fully commit to the management of Global Field Kids, leveraging my experiences to contribute to its success. Additionally, I am a mother of two with 18 years of parenting experience. Although each family's background is unique, I strive to empathize with the concerns of parents and provide support that meets their needs. I place great importance on respecting each child's individuality and providing tailored instruction. I aim to offer bright and enjoyable lessons while creating an environment that effectively enhances English skills with my team. With the belief that "children are bundles of potential," my priority is to draw out their talents and provide a safe and stimulating educational environment. I am dedicated to contributing to an educational setting where children learn various fields from an English perspective through play, crafts, music, nature, and world cultures. I strongly wish for children to experience the joy of expanding their world globally by learning English, the universal language.

Hello! グローバルフィールドキッズ 教室長のMs. Kaori です。 私は海外で生まれ育ち、幼少期を英語が母国語の環境で過ごしました。家族の仕事の関係で12ヵ国以上を巡り、大人になってからもさまざまな国を訪れる機会がありました。これらの経験を通じて、英語力を活かしながら子どもたちに英語を教える喜びを感じ、18年前から英語講師としてのキャリアを歩んできました。この経験を活かし、2024年よりグローバルフィールドキッズの運営に全力で取り組み、貢献して参ります。 また、私は2人の子どもの母親でもあり、18年間の子育て経験を持っています。家庭の背景はそれぞれ異なりますが、保護者の方々の気持ちに寄り添い、ニーズに応じたサポートを心がけています。 子ども一人ひとりの個性を尊重し、その子に合った指導を行うことを大切にしており、明るく楽しいレッスンを提供し、しっかりと英語力を伸ばす環づくりをチームである講師陣とともに続けていきます。「子どもは可能性の塊」という考えのもと、子どもたちの才能を引き出し、安全で刺激的な教育環境を提供することを最優先にしています。 遊びや工作、音楽、自然、世界の文化に触れながら、さまざまな分野を英語の視点から学び、英語が大好きな子どもたちを育てる教育現場で貢献していく所存です。英語という世界共通語を学ぶことで、自分の世界をグローバルに広げる楽しさを知ってもらいたいと強く思っています。
