Hello! My name is Kaede, Global Field Kids Staff member. I had a dream of working with children, which I had longed to do since I was a child, and of finding a job that would allow me to put to use the English I had come to love since I was 7 years old. In high school, I volunteered at a preschool, and in college, I majored in early childhood education and studied child education, disabilities, and developmental psychology. I hold a first-class kindergarten teacher's license and a nursery teacher's license, and after graduating from university, I have actually worked at a kindergarten and a daycare center. I am also interested in overseas early childhood education, and studied childcare abroad in Australia. At Global Field Kids, I will utilize my past experience in childcare while valuing each student's individuality and helping them to be full of energy, fun, and smiles. I feel that children's everyday life is a scene of growth for them, and I feel truly blessed to be able to be present at those moments. I also aim to be a bridge between parents and teachers so that they can leave their children with peace of mind. I hope that by learning English, children will have many possibilities in the future.

こんにちは！グローバルフィールドキッズStaffのカエデです。 私は、幼少期から憧れていた子どもに関わる仕事と、7歳の頃好きになった英語を活かせる職業に就きたいという夢がありました。 高校では保育園でボランティア、大学では幼児教育を専攻し子どもの教育・障がい・発達心理学を学びました。 幼稚園教諭一種免許と保育士資格を保持しており、大学卒業後に実際に幼稚園と保育所での勤務経験があります。 海外の幼児教育にも興味があり、オーストラリアで保育留学もしました。 グローバルフィールドキッズではこれまでの保育経験を活かしながら、生徒一人ひとりの個性を大切に、元気に楽しく笑顔いっぱいで過ごせるようサポートします。 子どもたちにとって何気ない日常が成長の場面であり、その瞬間に立ち会えることは本当に幸せなことだと感じます。 また、子どもたちを安心して預けられるよう、保護者の方とスクールや講師を繋ぐ架け橋の存在になることを目指しています。 子どもたちが英語を学ぶことにより、将来たくさんの可能性が広がって欲しいと願っております。
